Terms of Service

These terms of service apply to the use of the SnapSportPoster service and to orders placed there.
1. Service provider
The service is provided by Pilvenhattara Digital Oy (Business ID 3652801-8), Tyrväänkatu 39, 38200 Sastamala, Finland. Contact: info@fluffycloud.fi.
2. Product
Your order includes a digital poster image (1024×1536 pixels) and two Instagram images derived from it (a Story and a feed post). The product is delivered as a download link immediately after payment. This is a fully digital product — the service does not ship any physical product or print.
3. Pricing and payment
Displayed prices include Finnish VAT (25.5%). Payment is processed through Stripe Checkout using supported payment methods (e.g. card, MobilePay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The charge appears on your statement as "SNAPSPORTPOSTER".
4. Right of withdrawal
Your order is for digital content whose delivery begins, at your explicit request, immediately after payment. Before paying, you give explicit consent to this and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal under Finnish consumer protection law no longer applies once delivery has started ("I agree that the digital content will be delivered immediately after payment, and I understand that the order is not subject to a right of withdrawal once delivery has begun."). This is based on the digital-content exception to the right of withdrawal under Finnish consumer protection law.
5. Image retention
The finished poster and its related Instagram images remain available for download for 3 days after your order is completed, after which they are automatically deleted from our servers. The original photos you uploaded are deleted within 48 hours of placing your order. You are responsible for saving your downloaded images within the retention period.
6. Image usage rights
You confirm that you have the right to use and upload the photos you submit, and that the people shown in them — or the guardian of a minor shown in them — have consented to the photo being used in this service. The service does not verify this. You are solely responsible for any claims or damages arising from unauthorized use of a photo. You must be an adult to place an order.
7. Rights to use the finished image
You may use the finished poster and Instagram images for private use, printing, and sharing on social media. Commercial resale or other commercial use of the images is not permitted without separate permission from the service provider.
8. AI use and error handling
The poster background is generated using AI, and results can vary depending on the source photo. You are shown a watermarked preview before payment, and by paying you accept the final product as shown in that preview. If your downloaded file is corrupted or the download fails due to a technical error, contact us within 14 days of your order at info@fluffycloud.fi — we will redeliver the image or issue a refund.
9. Usage restrictions
You may not upload images that are illegal, offensive, harassing, or that infringe the rights of others (such as copyright or privacy). We reserve the right to prevent misuse of the service and deny access to it.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Consumers may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Service (kkv.fi) and, if necessary, the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi).
